04. Adding Departments
You may want to divide items into departments. In the Retail POS popup, the Categories and therefore the items are displayed for a Department when one is selected. Select the Departments from the Module List on the left-side of the Screen: The Departments popup will be displayed. The purpose of this popup is to Add, Modify or Delete a Department.

To Add a new Department, click the New button, enter a name and press Save.

To Modify an existing Department, select the record in the grid and press the Edit button, modify the Dept Name. Then press the Save button to save changes.

To Delete a Department, select the record in the grid and press the Delete button: You will have to confirm and the record will be deleted.
