19. Export Data to CSV

You can export data for Customers, Sale Orders, Items, Purchase Orders, Employees, Suppliers and more to a CSV (Comma Separated Value) format. This tool is available on the Main screen where the Export button is present.

• Click on an appropriate screen by selecting from the Module List on the left-side of the screen: The Module will be displayed with one or two grids.



• You can press the Find button with the Magnifying Glass on it to search for a user-defined criteria.



• Press the Export list... button at the bottom of the grid and you will be asked to specify the name of the file: Select the folder and the filename. Where two grids are present, you will be asked whether or not to save the second list: The secondary grid will contain the detail for the selcted entry in the first grid.
