03. Setting Up for Multiple Users
To set up for multiple users, you must install the All-in-One Invoice Software on each workstation. The inventory needs to be on a machine used as the server.

Install the software on the server where you want the inventory to reside and run the application: For more info, please refer to 2. Getting started.
IMPORTANT: You must share this file on the network and give the users a read and write access.

Install the software on each workstation and run the application: When asked to Create a New Inventory, click NO. Then you will be asked to Browse for a valid Default Inventory: Browse to the folder on the server where the inventory is and select the shared file.
NOTE: If not running the software for the first time, you can always go to the File menu and select Open Inventory.
