12. Backup Database

It is strongly recommended that you take backups from the Inventory as often as possible. To do so, press the Save Inventory As command in the File menu.

With this command, you can create a copy of the Inventory file. When you invoke this command, the application displays the Save Inventory As dialogue box: Type an inventory file name and press OK.
